Return Policy

A 14-day return policy applies only to defective products purchased from our company. This allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or purchase history, is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with information regarding the shipping address. Please note that items returned before initiating a return request will not be accepted. Shipping costs will be covered by us, so please send the return using cash-on-delivery.

Damage and Issues

Please check the contents of the package upon receipt. If there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items


Certain items, such as customized products (special orders, personalized items, etc.) or other items deemed non-returnable by us, may not be eligible for return. If you have questions about specific items, please reach out. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

After returning the item as instructed by us and having the return accepted, please purchase a new item separately. Exchanges are not typically offered.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (for cross-border e-commerce sales)

Regardless of the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item for any reason within 14 days. The conditions are the same: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.
