adidas SUPERSTAR II atmos DAIKI TSUNETA POINTLESS JOURNEY - CLEAR ONIX
Following the tremendous success of the "DAIKI TSUNETA SUPERSTAR" collaboration, which sold out immediately upon its release in November 2022, we are excited to announce the highly anticipated second installment in this lineage. We will be releasing the latest model, "SUPERSTAR II atmos DAIKI TSUNETA POINTLESS JOURNEY," in collaboration with Daiki Tsuneta's creative project, "POINTLESS JOURNEY."
This creation is a result of the intersection of POINTLESS JOURNEY's vision, adidas Originals' proven craftsmanship, and atmos' cultivated street sensibility. It's a shoe that fuses the identities of these three entities, centered around Daiki Tsuneta's cross-disciplinary perspective spanning music, art, and fashion.
The base model is the "SUPERSTAR," which has continued to evolve for over half a century since its birth. While maintaining its classic form, it has been elevated into a product with a new presence.
The shoe comes in two colors: a rich DGH SOLID GREY and a sophisticated CLEAR ONIX that exudes a modern urban feel.
The upper is crafted from high-quality suede, with the same material extending to the shell toe, adding new appeal to the iconic SUPERSTAR silhouette.
Details throughout the shoe reflect the philosophy of POINTLESS JOURNEY. The "SUPERSTAR" logo on the side has been replaced with POINTLESS JOURNEY embossing, and Daiki Tsuneta's signature is embroidered on the inside of the tongue.
Included with the shoes are two types of removable long tongues (one in the same color as the shoe, and one with a contrasting accent on the heel), two pairs of shoelaces, and two metal tongue graphic pins. Every detail of this shoe is designed with the wearer's personal completion in mind.
